HTY Glass & Carbon Fiber Prepreg CNC Cutting Machine is professional cutting equipment customized for glass fiber prepreg and carbon fiber prepreg materials, widely used in aerospace, new energy vehicles, sporting goods and composite material manufacturing industries. Since prepreg contains uncured resin and is sticky and easy to deform, this machine is equipped with segmented stable vacuum adsorption system to tightly fix prepreg rolls or sheets on the table, effectively preventing material sliding, warping and sticking during high-speed cutting to guarantee stable dimensional accuracy of every composite part. It adopts special high-hardness oscillating cutting blade designed for fiber prepreg, which cuts cleanly without pulling loose fibers, resin smearing or edge adhesion problems; unlike laser cutting, cold cutting will not trigger premature curing of prepreg resin caused by high temperature, completely avoiding material scrap loss. The high-precision servo motion system ensures consistent cutting tolerance for complex multi-angle and curved composite layouts, which meets strict precision standards of aviation and auto parts. Supporting DXF, AI and other engineering drawing formats, the built-in intelligent nesting software optimizes layout arrangement to maximize utilization of expensive carbon fiber and glass fiber prepreg raw materials and reduce production costs. The whole machine adopts thickened anti-corrosion frame and sealed transmission structure to resist resin contamination and fiber dust erosion, supporting long-term continuous batch cutting. It can be matched with automatic roll feeding device to realize automatic feeding, positioning and cutting of large prepreg rolls, greatly improving processing efficiency and lowering manual operation errors for composite material factories.
