Product Description

Our Mini CNC Oscillating cutting machine is specially designed for cutting Fabric,Textile , PU leather, PVC leather, microfiber leather, artificial leather, and other flexible materials. It can also be used for fabric, nonwoven fabric, foam, rubber, carbon fiber fabric, prepreg, and other composite materials.
The machine can be equipped with a circular knife, oscillating knife, pneumatic knife, punching tool, or marking pen according to different material types and thicknesses. It provides clean, accurate, and efficient cutting without damaging the material surface or edges.
It supports DXF and PLT files and can automatically cut patterns according to the uploaded designs. Automatic nesting software is available to optimize material layout, reduce waste, and improve material utilization.
With a vacuum adsorption table, the material is firmly fixed during cutting to ensure stable operation and high cutting accuracy. A conveyor feeding system can also be added for continuous cutting of roll materials and higher production efficiency.
This machine is widely used in the footwear, bag, furniture, automotive interior, garment, upholstery, advertising, and synthetic leather product industries. The cutting size, tool configuration, feeding system, and other functions can be customized according to your material width, thickness, and production requirements.
